My name is Isabell Mülke.

I am an ICF (ACC) qualified leadership coach. 

The name of my coaching agency is PROGRESS. 

Originally from Germany, but currently living in London, I work with clients in Germany, the UK and Mallorca.

I specialise in coaching German young professionals working in junior to mid - level leadership positions in the UK.

My portfolio includes a variety of businesses and individual coachees.

How I work:

I work within the ICF coaching framework. 

After a personal introductory meeting, and the filling out of a pre - coaching survey, we will start working together in our sessions. 

We will define an inspirational goal, tailored to your individual needs and requirements.

 

After that, we will develop various milestones to help you achieve your personal goal in the most effective way.

During the sessions, we will use various coaching techniques, such as the use of wheels, as well as various leadership coaching models. 

I will offer you a creative space to work in and let you discover what kind of leader you would like to be.       

I will listen, question, challenge and help you achieve your personal inspirational goal.
