A world of PROGRESS

What makes up a modern leader and are we currently, in these strange times not all little leaders in our day to day lives as a mother, a father, an employee and in whatever other role we currently find ourselves. What motivates or sometimes hinders us from being our best in these roles ?

My name is Isabell Muelke and as an ICF qualified leadership coach I work with a variety of clients to help them discover their full potential as leaders, in an ever changing world here at PROGRESS.

Leadership is all about empowering others and providing guidance through foresight, vision, empathy, as well as excellent listening skills. Great leaders have the ability to develop teams and individuals for long term progress and success, allowing them to deliver excellent business results. Here at PROGRESS we help leaders to make this recipe work for them and their peers by building on their personal skills while at the same time showing them a path to enhance their careers.
